Y36 L78 (Lab)
I grew up in the city of Bern, where I obtained my Master degree in Molecular Life Sciences in 2012. After working in a BSL3 laboratory on the topic of flavivirus infections for 1.5 years, I was involved in the early development of a small start-up company in Bern that focuses on the production of liposomal cancer therapy. In 2015, I got the opportunity to start working on my PhD project, which aims to investigate the role of the co-inhibitory receptor TIGIT in chronic viral infection. Outside the lab, I am a passionate YB fan and like to spend time with friends.
